Ordering and payment

Order by call, text or message at (504) 544-4219. We confirm what is in stock, your total and how you will get it. Payment will be through our Shopify checkout once online ordering opens; until then we set up payment with you when you order. Prices are subject to change.

Share deposits and refunds

Share deposits are $250 for a quarter, $500 for a half and $1,000 for a whole, and the deposit comes off your final invoice (hanging weight × $9.50/lb, processing included). Refunds on deposits are at the discretion of 4F.

Pickup, delivery and shipping

Pickup and local delivery are in Jefferson Parish, LA, for beef and baked goods. Once we receive your order, we email you the pickup location and time or your delivery details. To ship beef, contact us to make arrangements. Bakery items do not ship.

Food handling

Our beef is vacuum sealed. Keep it frozen until you are ready to use it, and thaw it in the refrigerator. USDA recommends cooking steaks and roasts to at least 145°F with a 3-minute rest, and ground beef to 160°F.

Home kitchen notice: Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen and are not produced in a licensed or regulated facility.

Privacy

We use the name, phone number, email and address you give us (including on our contact form and cut sheet) only to fill your order and stay in touch with you about it. We do not sell your information.
